Invitation to the 1st Group Exhibition of the Korea Glass Painting Association (KGPA)

This is the Korea Glass Painting Association (KGPA) 😊
We are delighted to announce that the first group exhibition of KGPA will be held in late September 2025, just as the autumn leaves reach their peak.
As many of our members may be new to exhibitions, this event will serve as a valuable opportunity to present your creative work and establish your artistic identity in a meaningful way.
The process of expressing yourself freely while achieving a high level of craftsmanship will not only enhance your technical skills but also build your confidence as an artist.
Together, we will explore how to translate your favorite colors, forms, and messages into polished, high-quality pieces, from planning and production to final presentation.
This exhibition is also a chance to naturally develop your own brand and artistic style.
By referencing existing works and adding your personal interpretation, you will strengthen the originality of your work.
Creating pieces with emotional depth and narrative will add richness and meaning to your artistic expression.
This is more than just participation—
it is your debut as an exhibiting artist, and a step forward in sharing your unique creative vision with the world.
We are here to support you throughout the process so that you can confidently present your work with both joy and dedication.
We are truly looking forward to the brilliant contributions of our members, and we’re excited to see your pieces shine in the exhibition space.
✓ Call for Participating Artists
Eligibility
KGPA Members
(Graduates of the Glass Painting Artist or Decal Paper Painting Instructor classes. Those who have only completed Level 2 are also eligible.)
Atelier Potterian Students
(Regardless of the specific course taken, all students are eligible, including long-term hobby class participants.)

March 21 (Fri) – April 6 (Sun), 2025
✓ Venue
Samcheong-dong, Jongno-gu, Seoul
✓Exhibition Schedule
- Installation: September 23 (Tue), 2025
- Exhibition: September 24 (Wed) – September 28 (Sun), 2025
- Take-down: September 29 (Mon), 2025
✓Participants
Up to 20 artists
(Subject to change depending on circumstances)
✓ Submission Requirement
Each artist is required to submit at least one original artwork using glass painting and/or decal paper techniques.
✓ Participation Fees
(Includes venue rental, photography, exhibition catalog, postcards, and catering for the event)
Artwork Only: ₩100,000
(Artists must be present for installation and take-down)
Online Exhibition Prep Class
(Once a month, 5 sessions total from April to August. Dates to be announced)
→ ₩100,000 (participation fee) + ₩200,000 (class fee)
Online 1:1 Feedback Sessions
(3 sessions: April, June, August / 30 mins to 1 hour per session)
→ ₩100,000 (participation fee) + ₩100,000 (online class fee)
✓ For Overseas Members
Members residing abroad are also welcome to participate without needing to visit Korea in person.
Simply ship your artwork to Korea(Atelier Potterian), and we will handle installation and photography on your behalf.
